This book was a good addition. I am looking forward to the next book to be released. I check back regularly on this and other series to see when it will be coming out.
I would have given it a 4 but it had been a while since I read the first one and it took awhile for me to know that it was a different girl. But it peeked my interest right away .

Continues on with the series where now you find your perspective being from Cassiopea (sp) a witch from Dark Earth. Well written and I actually couldn't put it down lol.
This book continued on in the theme of Dark Earth and tied in well with the previous offerings. I would recommend this to anyone that enjoys fantasy stories.
I really enjoy reading this series. I wish it would of been a little longer but it was still a great book. I read the first book for free and have been reading Jason Halstead books since and I love that they are not that expensive.
I really expected a continuation of Dark Earth, the 1st book. Not even close. JH has created a very interesting world that has a Dark side and a Light side. I am not sure yet which is which. Maybe the 3rd book "Soul Mates" will help, however I really doubt it.
